0300 GMT - CPN Retail Growth Leasehold REIT is poised to see a higher occupancy rate in 1Q, CGS International's Pornthipa Rayabsangduan says in a report. Following renovations in November, the occupancy rate at its Central Pinklao mall rose to 91% in February from 81% in 1Q 2025, the analyst says. Average shopper traffic at the REIT's malls should improve in 1Q to 97% of prepandemic levels from 95% in 4Q, driven by higher traffic from local shoppers, the analyst estimates. The average occupancy rate of the REIT's malls should also rise to 95% this year from 93% last year. The brokerage raises its target price on the REIT to 12.30 Thai baht from 12.20 baht while maintaining its add rating. Units last closed at 11.70 baht. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
