智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，4月2日，CMON(01792)股东将股票由First Fidelity Capital (International) Limited转入华业证券，转仓市值678.86万港元，占比9.14%。
CMON截至2025年12月31日止年度业绩显示，该集团取得收益990.74万美元，同比减少73.48%;公司拥有人应占亏损1991.4万美元，同比扩大553.49%;每股基本亏损0.36美元。
公告称，集团的收益同比减少约73.5%主要归因于：批发及众筹分部的需求放缓，尤其是在自2025年上半年起美国对若干产品征收进口关税后，北美市场的情况尤为明显;因销量下降而导致完成及付运活动减少;及集团为精简其产品组合及知识产权资产而作出的审慎努力，专注于具有更清晰长远商业前景的游戏。
