4月2日，深企优必选科技发布消息称，公司正面向全球招募具身智能首席科学家，年薪1500万元起步，最高可达1.24亿元。
值得注意的是，这一薪资远超特斯拉、波士顿动力、腾讯、小米等公司同级别岗位的薪资，为目前全球机器人与AI领域公开招聘的最高薪资水平，优必选科技也在招聘公告中直言其为“打工人的天花板”。
据介绍，首席科学家将定义公司在人形机器人和具身智能领域的技术路线图，主导视觉－语言－动作模型、机器人基础模型、操作与灵巧技能学习等核心领域研究突破，推动具身智能前沿技术从实验室走向真实场景，加速人形机器人在智能制造、商用服务、家庭陪伴等多元场景的规模化落地。
此外，优必选科技还同步开放了数十个核心岗位，包括强化学习算法工程师、资深硬件工程师、EtherCAT主站开发工程师、机械工程师、Rust开发工程师等。
公开资料显示，优必选科技成立于2012年3月，公司主要布局人形机器人全栈式技术，并在此基础上开展智能服务机器人解决方案的研发、设计、智能生产和商业化应用，涵盖多个行业的企业级和消费级广泛应用场景。2023年12月，优必选在香港交易所主板挂牌上市，成为“人形机器人第一股”。
