该公司将与Vine Hill Capital合并，成立控股公司CoinShares PLC。该交易已于周二晚间完成。该交易最初于去年9月份宣布，对该公司估值约为12亿美元，其中包括来自机构投资者的5000万美元投资。该公司将以“CSHR”为股票代码进行交易。
