快科技4月3日消息，据媒体报道，全球知名咨询机构沙利文近日发布《中国金融智能体市场追踪2025年度报告》。报告显示，阿里云以32.4%的市场份额断层式领先，稳居行业第一，其份额甚至超过了第二名与第三名的总和。
在竞争力评估中，沙利文从平台全栈、多智能体协同、自适应学习、任务闭环、工具编排、业务覆盖及市场拓展七大维度进行系统性评分。阿里云是唯一在所有七个维度均处于领先位置的厂商。
从打通“芯片—云—模型—应用”的垂直整合能力，到千问大模型首创的“快慢思考”混合推理技术，再到覆盖100%国有及股份制银行的市场拓展能力，阿里云展现出从技术底层到商业落地的全方位实力。
与此同时，阿里巴巴旗下Qwen应用的表现同样亮眼。截至2026年2月，Qwen to C端月活跃用户已达3亿，并已接入淘宝、天猫、支付宝、飞猪、大麦、高德等多个平台。
同月底，已有1.4亿用户通过Qwen应用的智能体功能，完成了首次AI驱动的购物体验，覆盖外卖、生鲜、票务及旅行预订等高频生活场景。
