ChainCatcher 消息，国际货币基金组织（IMF）在最新报告中表示，代币化金融（Tokenized Finance）并非传统金融的简单升级，而是一场结构性转变。它通过智能合约和共享账本取代中介机构，重构全球市场的架构。目前代币化真实世界资产（RWAs）规模已达 275 亿美元，其中代币化美国国债超过 120 亿美元。
IMF 指出，虽然代币化能实现接近即时结算和 24/7 全天候交易，但其速度、自动化和可编程性可能放大系统性风险，在市场压力下迅速传播流动性危机，缺乏传统结算延迟的缓冲作用。
