3月30日，智慧新华文化产业园项目（一期）奠基仪式在福建新华发行集团发行中心举行。项目集出版发行、智慧物流、文化创新于一体，主要建设物流标准仓储、配套研发楼、综合办公楼等设施，致力打造现代化智慧文化产业园。

根据2025年10月福建省公共资源交易电子公共服务平台发布的“智慧新华文化产业园项目（一期）工程总承包”招标公告。项目业主为福建新华发行集团， 建设资金来源为企业自筹，投资估算或投资概算金额3.48亿元。

智慧新华文化产业园项目（一期）位于福州市晋安区鼓山镇福光路59号，项目用地面积约2.1万㎡，总建筑面积为65180㎡，总工期或计划开（竣）工日期为 550日历天。

资料显示，福建新华发行集团成立于2004年5月，是经原国家新闻出版总署和福建省委、省政府批准的省属大型国有文化企业，2009年底划转为海峡出版发行集团下属单位。现有在职员工2800多人，2024年末资产总额56.3亿元。
