ChainCatcher 消息，据中国新闻周刊报道，黑龙江大庆市红岗区人民法院近日公布一审判决书，两名男子因私接油田高压线窃电用于比特币挖矿，以盗窃罪被判处刑罚，主犯张某被判处有期徒刑 10 年并处罚金人民币 5 万元，从犯赵某被判处有期徒刑 4 年 10 个月并处罚金人民币 2 万元。
据判决书显示，2024 年 9 月，张某私接大庆某采油厂油田高压线，在其租赁的废弃猪圈内架设 24 台比特币矿机；同年 12 月，赵某在明知张某窃电的情况下入伙，另行购入 12 台矿机，两人共计运行矿机 36 台。2025 年 8 月，两人被公安机关抓获。
经核算，张某盗窃电量 565,375.2 千瓦时，价值人民币 438,580.52 元；赵某盗窃电量 468,060 千瓦时，价值人民币 363,750.78 元。法院认定两人均构成盗窃罪，张某系主犯，赵某系从犯。法院同时责令张某退赔 438,580.52 元，赵某对其中 363,750.78 元承担共同退赔责任。案涉矿机及相关设备由公安机关依法处理。
