活动现场，中国银行与ICMA联合发布《跨境人民币债券白皮书——市场演进与未来展望》。《白皮书》系统梳理了跨境人民币债券市场（包括熊猫债、离岸人民币债券等）的发展全景，深入分析了市场基础设施、发展机遇与挑战，并就市场未来趋势提出战略建议，为推进人民币国际使用和跨境人民币债券市场高质量发展提供有益参考。
