ChainCatcher 消息，据 Crowdfund Insider 报道，嘉信理财（Charles Schwab）很快将在其投资平台上提供加密货币交易。目前的策略是打造一个“超级应用”或“全能平台”。像 Coinbase 这样的加密原生平台率先达成了这一目标，而曾经创新的在线券商在这一概念上却步履蹒跚。
全新的嘉信理财加密货币账户在初期将提供比特币和以太坊交易，逐步进入加密领域。该公司此前已在美国证券交易委员会（SEC）批准后，提供了以加密货币为主题的交易型基金（ETF）。从一开始，嘉信理财加密货币账户将在美国除纽约州和路易斯安那州外的所有州可用，并且平台由公司内部开发。
