Atmus Filtration Technologies will replace Air Lease in the S&P SmallCap 600, effective prior to market open on April 9, S&P Global said in a statement Thursday.
Sumitomo Corporation and consortium are acquiring Air Lease, with the deal subject to final closing conditions, according to the statement.
Atmus Filtration shares rose over 4% in extended trading on the news.
