智通财经APP讯，联康生物科技集团(00690)发布公告，公司董事会获梁国龙先生(执行董事兼董事会主席)(梁先生)及其若干受控法团告知，由于梁先生及其家族成员组成的梁氏家族的家族安排，故有关股权发生变动(股权变动)。
于本公布日期以及紧接股权变动前后，梁氏家族于本公司的直接及间接持股维持为17.9亿股本公司股份(股份)，占已发行股份约29.98%。
预期由MJKPC持有的2.094亿股股份亦将适时转让予Skill Hand Limited。该信托架构将于该转让完成后终止。
因此，尽管出现股权变动，所有17.9亿股股份在任何时候均维持由同一近亲家族(即梁氏家族)控制。股权变动纯属梁氏家族的家族安排，且不会增加或减少公众持股量，因此预期不会对市场造成影响。梁先生将留任为董事会主席兼执行董事。董事会组成预期不会因股权变动而有所改变。
