4月2日金融一线消息，青岛银行今日召开2025年度业绩说明会。谈及分红，董事会秘书张巧雯表示，2025年，我们计划每10股现金分红1.8元，分红总额约10.48亿元，首次超过了10亿元大关，分红的金额比去年提升了不少。
张巧雯进一步表示，青岛银行历年来都非常的重视对股东的投资回报，自从2019年A股上市以来，包括25年的现金分红在内的累计的分红金额现在已经超过了64亿元，平均的分红金额占归属普通股股东净利润的比例大约是30.91%。
张巧雯称，该行在努力的构建稳定、及时、可持续的投资回报机制，承诺通过公司章程和股东回报规划方式，向普通股股东分配的利润不低于当年实现的归属于普通股股东可分配利润的20%。
张巧雯表示，管理层对青岛银行长期的高质量的发展前景和长期的投资价值提升充满了信心，愿意与广大投资者共享发展红利，进一步提升投资者回报的满意度。
