ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，法国闪电证券交易所（Lise）计划将航空航天零部件供应商 ST Group 在其平台上市，此举有望成为欧洲首个完全链上化的首次公开募股（IPO）
Lise 于去年获得欧盟《分布式账本技术（DLT）试点机制》授权，是欧洲首家获批运营全代币化股权交易所的机构，总部位于巴黎，获得 BNP Paribas、CACEIS（农业信贷集团旗下子公司）及 Bpifrance 等法国金融机构支持。ST Group 主要为航空、国防及航天项目生产复合材料零部件，预计未来十年潜在项目收入约为 5,900 万欧元（约合 6,800 万美元）。
Lise 的定位是为中小型企业提供更低成本、更高效率的上市路径，以替代传统资本市场中耗时长、费用高的 IPO 流程。代币化技术可实现更快速的交易结算与更高效的所有权追踪，纳斯达克（Nasdaq）和纽交所（NYSE）此前亦已披露代币化证券交易计划。
