周四，耀才证券金融午后拉升涨近8%。消息面上，蚂蚁集团收购耀才证券金融的交易已完成股权交割。公司宣布，郑艳兰获委任为执行董事，黄浩、刘政及林致求获委任为非执行董事，林怡仲、蒋国荣、洪长福及张黔获委任为独立非执行董事。其中，郑艳兰、黄浩、刘政及林致求均来自蚂蚁集团，且四人均承诺不会就担任的董事职位从耀才证券收取任何薪酬。
分析指出，耀才证券在中国香港本地的客户资源与金融牌照，叠加蚂蚁的技术与流量优势，有望形成“互联网科技+财富管理”的差异化竞争优势，中期来看或将推动整个财富管理行业的数字化转型和科技投入。
值得注意的是，3月9日，耀才证券金融正式进入港股通名单。
