Paradigm Biopharmaceuticals (ASX:PAR) partnered with City St George's, University of London, UK, to assess the effects of pentosan polysulfate sodium on bone marrow lesions in osteoarthritis, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
Pentosan polysulfate sodium is the company's investigational therapy under evaluation in phase three clinical development for knee osteoarthritis, the filing said.
The research collaboration is expected to run for about 12 months, per the filing.
