医疗保险和医疗补助服务中心（CMS）负责人

　　特朗普政府于周一最终确定，2027 年对私营联邦医保计划的支付费率上调幅度将远高于最初提议，这一消息提振了医疗保险公司股价。

　　根据美国医疗保险和医疗补助服务中心（CMS）发布的公告，政府将在 2027 年将联邦医保优势计划的平均支付金额提高 2.48%，新增规模超过 130 亿美元。特朗普政府今年 1 月曾提议仅上调 0.09%，当时这一方案曾重创运营相关计划的保险公司股价。

　　周一盘后交易中，联合健康集团与 CVS 健康公司股价涨幅均超 9%；哈门那公司股价则飙升约 12%。

　　CMS 负责人穆罕默德・奥兹博士在公告中表示：“联邦医保优势计划与 D 部分处方药计划，应当服务于依赖它们的民众。这些调整能维持保险覆盖的可负担性，确保患者从其参保计划中获得切实价值。”

　　这项备受关注的政府支付费率，决定了保险公司可设定的月度保费水平、可提供的计划福利，并最终影响其利润。

　　联邦医保优势计划是由联邦医保授权运营的私营医疗保险计划。据健康政策研究机构 KFF 数据，目前半数以上的联邦医保受益人选择参保此类计划，被其更低的月保费及传统联邦医保不覆盖的额外福利所吸引。
