智通财经APP讯，维立志博-B(09887)公布，评价维利信TM(PD-L1/4-1BB双特异性抗体奥帕替苏米单抗，LBL-024)用于一线治疗晚期胆道癌的Ⅱ期临床研究已完成安全性导入期初步评估。基于良好的安全性和令人鼓舞的初步疗效数据，该研究已顺利进入扩展阶段，并已完成首例患者入组。
该研究由复旦大学附属中山医院周俭院士牵头，正在全国多家医院同步推进。在安全性导入期，共计20例受试者完成初步评估。数据显示维利信TM联合化疗整体安全性与耐受性良好，未发现新的安全性信号。初步的疗效数据亦显示肿瘤缩小趋势令人振奋。基于良好的安全性与令人鼓舞的疗效数据，该研究进入扩展阶段并加速推进。
