雷军:新一代小米SU7 Max版通过三元锂电池的高温满电针刺挑战

  4月5日,雷军发文称新一代小米SU7 Max版顺利通过了三元电池的高温满电针刺挑战,相比电池新国标,本次的挑战工况温度更高、电量更高,且采用行业共识更为严苛的针刺进行热失控触发,所以难度更高;

  首先,新国标热失控试验要求电池温度22±5℃、电池SOC≥95%,新一代小米SU7此次试验将电池加热至55℃、将电池电量充满。电池温度越高、电量越高,热失控反应越剧烈;

  此外还有针刺,新国标推荐电池热失控触发方式通常分为两种:加热(外部加热/内部加热)和针刺。针刺会直接破坏电芯隔膜、极片等结构,电芯瞬间短路,能量快速释放,释放区域更加集中,局部温度急剧上升,所以针刺是行业共识更为严苛的热失控触发方式;

  新一代小米SU7通过针刺触发单电芯热失控后,未热蔓延至其他电芯、电池包不起火、不爆炸,车内外报警正常激活,云端报警正常激活,车门正常解锁,车内无可见烟气,试验挑战成功。
