4月7日，中国儒意（00136.HK）发布公告，与腾讯控股续签两项为期三年（截至2028年12月31日）的框架合作协议，分别覆盖游戏业务与影视内容合作，并设定明确年度交易上限，为公司未来三年业绩增长筑牢根基。
根据公告，在游戏合作方面，公司应付腾讯代表公司的年度上限呈阶梯式增长，2026-2028年分别7亿元、15亿元、21亿元，对应三年复合增速超70%，彰显腾讯对公司游戏研发、运营能力的持续加码；同时，游戏业务应收年度上限各年均为18亿元，影视相关合作应收年度上限各年均为8亿元，稳定锁定内容变现规模。
公告显示，本次合作是双方战略绑定的进一步深化。腾讯作为公司第二大股东，持续深化与儒意的战略合作与协同，不仅为公司游戏业务提供稳定的流量与发行支持，更通过影游联动模式，放大儒意头部IP的全产业链价值，形成 “内容制作-平台发行-游戏变现”的闭环生态。（木子）
