消息面上，近日，世界数据组织(简称WDO)成立仪式在北京举行并正式投入运行。华创证券指出，WDO成立的战略意义深远，是我国参与全球数据治理的标志性起点，未来将在数据标准互认、数据跨境流动规则、数据资产定价等领域持续发挥主导作用。WDO成立与"十五五"开局形成共振，数据要素正式进入国际规则话语权博弈与国内产业化加速的双重红利期。
此前，阜博集团发布截至2025年12月31日止年度全年业绩，集团收入28.72亿港元，同比增长19.62%；经调整净利润达2.32亿港元，同比增长29%，超过市场预期；除税前溢利2.67亿港元，同比增长42.76%。东吴证券指出，增值业务管理的活跃资产从2024年底370万个增长至2025年底486万个，总资产超过520万个，其中AI相关资产占比从年初3%提升至年底17%。广发证券认为，2025年阜博集团业绩稳步增长，AI内容增量转化为核心驱动力，公司在AI内容版权保护与管理领域的领先优势构成核心投资逻辑。
