oOh!media (ASX:OML) said Chair Tony Faure will retire at the conclusion of the upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) on May 14, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
Non-Executive Director Philippa Kelly will take on the role of chair immediately after the AGM, the filing added.
