智通财经APP获悉，周一美股盘初，存储概念股集体走强，截至发稿，希捷科技(STX.US)大涨超8.6%，闪迪(SNDK.US)涨超4%，西部数据(WDC.US)涨超5.5%，美光科技(MU.US)涨超3.8%。消息面上，三星电子已就二季度DRAM供货价格与主要客户完成谈判并签署供应合同，涨幅约为一季度价格水平的30%。这一涨价覆盖高带宽内存(HBM)及服务器、PC、移动等通用DRAM产品，为平均综合涨幅。此前，三星一季度已将DRAM均价上调约100%。
