ChainCatcher 消息，据 Fortune 报道，Robinhood 推出的私募市场基金 Robinhood Ventures I 在经历初期表现不佳后已反弹约 30%。该产品于 3 月初上线，曾在首日下跌 16%，如今逐步回升，试图为散户投资者提供参与晚期未上市公司股权的渠道。
不过分析人士警告，随着 SpaceX、OpenAI 及 Anthropic 等科技巨头潜在 IPO 临近，私募市场或面临短期波动压力，若头部公司上市表现不佳，或拖累二级市场估值，并影响包括 Stripe 在内的独角兽 IPO 预期。
Robinhood Ventures 负责人回应表示，上述担忧更多属于短期波动，长期仍存在大量投资机会，随着 AI 技术持续进步，围绕头部模型构建的应用生态将释放巨大增长潜力。目前该基金主要投资于少数晚期公司，包括金融科技公司 Airwallex 与 Stripe，以及 AI 企业 Databricks 等，通过一级市场或经许可的二级市场交易获取股权。
