智通财经APP讯，中金公司(03908)发布公告，公司于2021年4月26日完成“21中金Y2”的发行工作，2026年4月26日为“21中金Y2”第5个计息年度付息日。根据《募集说明书》有关发行人赎回权条款的约定，本公司决定行使“21中金Y2”发行人赎回权，对赎回登记日登记在册的“21中金Y2”全部赎回。
赎回登记日次一交易日(2026年4月27日)起，“21中金Y2”将停止交易。本次赎回完成后，“21中金Y2”将于2026年4月27日在上海证券交易所摘牌。
