在能源价格高企与通胀黏性增强的背景下，欧洲央行政策前景再度引发市场关注。Vanguard旗下资产管理部门认为，即使美伊达成停火协议，欧洲央行仍可能在未来数月继续加息。
智通财经APP获悉，Vanguard主动管理基金国际利率主管Ales Koutny表示，如果油价在夏季前维持在每桶约100美元水平，欧洲央行在6月和7月分别加息25个基点的可能性“相当大”。即便油价回落至95美元附近，仍属于“央行需要加息”的区间。
这一判断明显偏鹰派，相较当前市场预期更为激进。目前市场已基本消化6月加息预期，但对7月再次加息的概率定价不足50%。此前，在特朗普相关表态推动油价回落至每桶90美元附近后，市场一度削减加息押注，德国国债价格随之上涨。
Koutny进一步指出，若欧洲央行连续两次加息，欧元有望在年底升至1.25美元，较当前水平上涨近7%，并创下八年来新高，这一预测也与市场调查中的最高预期一致。
此外，他还强调，欧洲政府为缓解能源价格上涨对家庭的冲击而推出的补贴措施，以及为加强国防而增加的财政支出，均可能进一步推升通胀压力，从而强化央行收紧政策的必要性。
