智通财经APP讯，中国新城镇(01278)发布公告，截至2026年3月31日，扣除风险项目的减值准备后，公司固定收益类项目投资组合总额约为人民币38.23亿元。剔除风险项目，其他项目按照合约取得税前年化保证投资收益约为人民币2.71亿元，对应的平均年化税前投资回报率约7.1%。
与公司2025年12月31日的投资组合相比，集团于第一季度内新增投资项目盐城凤依府康养社区项目、温州市鹿城区固定收益项目二期、扬州仪征固定收益项目等。同时，扬州广陵食品产业园项目追加投资人民币1亿元。退出溧阳高新区智慧网联汽车测试场项目、扬州邗江产业提档升级项目，累计回收本金人民币8.9亿元，并已获得全部本金及相关保证投资收益。
