消息面上，三星电子7日披露业绩数据，核实按合并财务报表口径计算的公司2026年第一季度营业利润同比大增755%，为57.2万亿韩元(约合人民币2610亿元)。销售额同比增加68.1%，为133万亿韩元。
信达证券分析认为，AI算力带动高带宽存储需求提升，产能紧缺依旧持续。下一代HBM4预计将在带宽、容量以及能效方面进一步提升，并可能在接口带宽和堆叠层数方面实现新的突破。整体来看，HBM技术正沿着更高带宽、更高堆叠层数以及更先进封装协同发展的路径演进。目前HBM市场由少数头部存储厂商主导，产业格局相对集中。与此同时，英伟达也在积极优化AI推理场景下的存储架构，例如通过扩大上下文存储能力以支持更长序列推理，从而提升大模型应用性能。在AI算力需求快速增长背景下，HBM产能目前整体仍处于偏紧状态，部分高端产品订单排期较长，市场价格亦呈现一定上行趋势，存储产业链景气度有望维持高位。
