智通财经APP讯，太古股份公司A(00019)及太古股份公司B(00087)发布公告，颜文玲女士将根据公司章程第 93 条退任公司独立非常务董事，并将不会参与重选。她退任后将不再担任审核委员会成员;委任张明明女士为公司的独立非常务董事及薪酬委员会成员;委任何淑韵女士为公司的独立非常务董事及审核委员会成员;欧高敦先生将出任英国太古集团有限公司(太古集团的控股公司)董事，并调任为公司的非常务董事。调任后，欧高敦先生将不再担任公司薪酬委员会及提名委员会主席;及徐莹女士将接替欧高敦先生担任公司薪酬委员会及提名委员会主席。包逸秋先生将出任提名委员会成员，该等变动由公司于2026年5月14日举行的2026年股东周年大会结束时起生效。
