Evercore ISI在周三的一份报告中表示，美国和伊朗之间达成的为期两周的停火为脆弱的和平带来了希望，但仍存在若干风险。

　　该公司国际政治事务与公共政策首席策略师Sarah Bianchi表示，弹道导弹、制裁豁免和地区代理人等问题仍然极难解决。

　　她写道：“我们认为，为期两周的停火更有可能延长数周至数月——要么是因为在以核问题和制裁为中心的有限/部分协议方面确实开始取得一些进展，要么是因为特朗普选择直接宣布胜利并就此罢手。”

　　Bianchi将此与去年的中美贸易战相提并论，后者导致了一种仍然脆弱且许多问题未解决的缓和局面。

　　她说：“在伊朗问题上，这种结果可能也是能够期望的最好情况。”

　　她补充称，真正的挑战可能出现在未来，当美国或以色列获得情报表明伊朗正在以构成威胁的方式重建其军事能力时。
