据知情人士透露，派拉蒙已收到由沙特阿拉伯牵头的三家主权财富基金签署的股权承诺，规模近 240 亿美元，用于支持其对华纳兄弟探索公司的收购。

　　在甲骨文公司联合创始人、亿万富翁拉里・埃里森之子戴维・埃里森执掌的派拉蒙此次交易中，沙特公共投资基金（PIF）同意提供近 240 亿美元中的约 100 亿美元。

　　知情人士称，参与此项交易的除沙特公共投资基金外，还有卡塔尔投资局以及阿布扎比利马德控股公司分别作出的出资承诺。

　　三家海湾基金同意支持派拉蒙以 810 亿美元收购华纳兄弟探索公司。这些中东基金达成的出资协议，恰逢美国、以色列与伊朗之间的冲突导致该地区经济和政治动荡加剧。今年 2 月，派拉蒙宣布以 810 亿美元收购华纳兄弟探索公司（旗下拥有 HBO、CNN 及《哈利・波特》相关 IP）。据其他知情人士透露，该交易目前尚待欧洲监管机构审批，派拉蒙高管已向员工表示，交易最快可能在 7 月底完成。
