　　国际油价在美国总统特朗普宣布与伊朗达成停火协议后下跌，该协议要求霍尔木兹海峡立即重新开放。该海峡的关闭切断了全球大部分石油供应，推高了包括邮轮业在内的众多旅游业的投入成本，而邮轮业的燃料严重依赖石油。
