智通财经APP讯，海螺材料科技(02560)公布，于2026年4月8日，投资方宁波工业投资集团有限公司与公司订立增资扩股协议，据此，投资方同意以人民币4,812.55万元的价格认购宁波海螺新材料注册资本人民币3,625万元。 本次增资扩股完成后，公司于宁波海螺新材料的权益将由90.0%摊薄至 80.0%。
于公告日，宁波海螺新材料由该公司及投资方分别持有90.0%及10.0%股权。
公告称，本次增资扩股将可令宁波海螺新材料优化资本结构，降低负债水平，提升运营质量。董事会认为，本次增资扩股将为集团提供坚实基础，以实现整体稳定营运及促进集团的可持续发展。
