Webull (BULL) said Tuesday it has terminated its standby equity purchase agreement with Yorkville.
The company said the agreement allowed it to issue up to $1 billion in class A shares, but it raised only $173.2 million through the sale of 11.5 million shares and has not issued any stock under the facility since September 2025.
At termination, there were no outstanding obligations, share issuances, or amounts owed by either party, the company added.
