证券日报网讯 4月7日，凯盛新能在互动平台回答投资者提问时表示，近年来，受到光伏行业供需错配的影响，光伏玻璃价格持续走低，公司经营状况也受到强烈冲击。在此背景下，公司采取了一系列应对手段减亏增效。具体措施包括坚持推进“三大攻坚战”，强化回款管理，改善现金流状况，坚持停小建大策略，提升大吨位优势产能比重，将公司产能进一步向具有市场优势的区域集中，以此降低公司产品能耗、运距等成本；持续推进产品高端化、差异化，提升高透、超薄等高附加值产品占比，稳定订单与价格，争取开拓国际市场，提高出口订单占比，从销售端提升公司毛利率水平；依托中国建材集团集采平台，加大原材料集中采购力度，降低原材料采购成本。通过以上规模化降本、精益运营等措施严控生产成本，努力提升经营业绩，改善连续亏损的局面，切实维护广大投资者权益。
