新华财经北京4月7日电（记者安娜）记者从中国广核集团有限公司获悉，当地时间4月7日，中广核老挝北部互联互通清洁能源基地一期100万千瓦光伏项目并网投运。项目预计年均发电量16.5亿千瓦时，等效减排二氧化碳约130万吨，助力老挝向“东南亚清洁能源蓄电池”目标迈进。

该项目是中广核自主策划、自主开发的境外百万千瓦级清洁能源绿地项目，也是老挝首个大型山地光伏项目。项目带动我国新能源制造、施工、建设产业链40余家企业，以及老挝本地施工、机械供应、原材料供应等累计30余家企业共同参与建设。在项目建设过程中，中广核还推动成立了老挝清洁能源电源标准研究院，以规则标准“软联通”助力中老电力合作提质升级。

项目投运为当地带来了实实在在的经济与社会效益。据统计，项目建设高峰期提供本地就业岗位近3000个。此外，中广核持续改善当地基础设施，在老挝深入实施“萤火计划”社会责任品牌，通过“白鹭班”培训本土工程师近百名。

中国广核集团有限公司董事长杨长利表示，中广核将加快推进老挝北部五省后续清洁能源项目落地，积极开拓中部、南部市场，全力推动中老互联互通向更深层次、更广领域迈进。
