智通财经APP讯，汉国置业(00160)及建业实业(00216)联合公告，2026年4月6日，The Bauhinia Hotels Group Japan 2 与买方(大和房屋工业株式会社(Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd.))订立有关按27.225亿日圆(相当于约1.334亿港元，含当地消费税)的代价出售该物业的买卖协议。The Bauhinia Hotels Group Japan 2 由合营公司(贸旺控股有限公司(Optimal Trade Holdings Limited))单独出资及控制，而合营公司由Best Range Global(汉国的直接全资附属公司及建业的间接非全资附属公司)拥有60%权益。该物业位于日本东京都台东区雷门1丁目，总建筑面积约1316平方米，包含161个胶囊客房及5间酒店客房。该物业将以交吉形式交付予买方。
