ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）主席 Paul Atkins 周一表示，该机构即将提出一项“加密监管”提案，以进一步阐明其对加密行业的监管方式，并划定哪些交易可能被视为证券、哪些不是。
SEC 主席 Paul Atkins 表示，该委员会的新“加密监管”目前已提交至白宫信息与监管事务办公室，这意味着距离正式发布只差一步。他称，这项规则制定主要基于《1933 年证券法》，将涉及融资以及初创企业豁免等问题。
他在问答环节结束后表示，SEC 还打算很快推出期待已久的“创新豁免”。
