路透4月7日 - Supermicro(美超微/超微科技) SMCI.O周二表示，已就三名公司相关人员涉嫌违反出口管制法规而被起诉一事，启动独立调查。
Supermicro表示，也对公司的全球贸易合规计划展开内部检讨。
美国司法部上月指控联合创始人廖益贤、销售经理张瑞沧及承包商孙廷伟，涉嫌策划将美国制造的服务器经由台湾转运至东南亚。据称这些产品在东南亚经过重新包装后，走私进入中国。
Supermicro未被列为本案被告，但在获悉相关指控后，已将廖嫌与张嫌停职，并终止与孙嫌的合作。廖益贤被起诉后，于3月辞去公司董事职务。
Supermicro表示，此次调查由两名独立董事牵头——首席独立董事Scott Angel和审计委员会主席Tally Liu。(完)
