消息面上，近日，中环新能源公布2025年业绩，实现收益约110.17亿港元，同比增长82.64%；EBITDA约3.22亿港元，同比增长34.10%；年内溢利6073.4万港元，同比增长12.27%。公司位于淮南凤台、安庆桐城的高效光伏N型电池及组件项目已全面投产，宁夏光伏制造及储能项目有序推进。在此基础上，该公司正积极向产业链下游延伸，持续加大相关业务投入，构建“发-储-用”一体化的灵活能源网络，以提升绿电消纳能力及电力系统调节能力。
与此同时，依托自有的清洁电力及储能基础设施，公司正前瞻性规划AI算力中心建设，旨在为高能耗的算力基础设施提供稳定、低碳的电力保障，实现从绿色电力供应向绿色数据服务的价值链延伸。展望未来，公司的愿景清晰明确：成为“清洁智慧能源引领者”。公司正突破单纯制造光伏组件及电池的边界，构建覆盖“光伏制造-电站开发-储能系统-绿色算力”的垂直一体化生态。
