消息面上，据报道，苹果正深化自研AI硬件布局，已开始测试先进的玻璃基板，用于代号为“Baltra”的AI服务器芯片，预计采用台积电3纳米N3E工艺，并采用芯粒架构组合，为了增强整个供应链掌控，采取类似“孤岛式”的封闭研发策略，直接向三星电机评估采购玻璃基板。据悉，2026年开年至今，英特尔、三星、苹果、台积电等头部玩家密集落子，意欲卡位这一重要赛道。
根据半导体产业纵横报道，玻璃基板行业正经历从技术验证向早期量产的关键转折，2026年有望成为玻璃基板小批量商业化出货的节点。据证券时报·数据宝统计，A股市场上合计有22只玻璃基板概念股。其中，凯盛新能等个股机构一致预测今明两年净利增速均超100%。
