ImmuCell Q1 Sales Jump; Shares Rise After Hours

ImmuCell (ICCC) reported late Wednesday that Q1 total sales rose more than 28% year over year to 10.4 million, driven by domestic sales and demand for its veterinary product Tri-Shield during the peak selling season.

Domestic sales for the quarter ended March 31 increased around 36% to $9.7 million.

The company said demand is now moving towards its year-round dairy customers, where it plans to acquire more clients through an expanded commercial team.

Shares of the company rose 3.8% in after-hours activity.
