麦格理表示，由于炼油厂难以获得原油供应，全球石油产品市场的紧张状况可能会进一步恶化。

　　以Vikas Dwivedi为首的分析师在4月9日的报告中称：“如果冲突持续，原油供应受限导致炼厂开工率下降，石油产品供应缺口可能会进一步扩大。”

　　全球范围内，3月下半月因冲突而停运的产能合计为336.7万桶/日。
