智通财经APP获悉，芯片股全线走高，截至发稿，澜起科技(06809)涨5.13%，报204.8港元；兆易创新(03986)涨4.69%，报366.4港元；中芯国际(00981)涨3.86%，报57.85港元；华虹半导体(01347)涨2.86%，报93.4港元。
消息面上，全球存储芯片行业利润大幅增长，三星电子日前披露2026年一季度财报，营业利润飙升超8倍。A股多家存储芯片公司披露2025年财报，香农芯创、德明利等公司业绩翻倍式增长。此外，全球存储芯片巨头SK海力士将于本月下旬公布首季业绩。
花旗发布研报称，预计其第一季度营业利润将达39.1万亿韩元，环比增长104%，同比增长426%，大幅超出市场一致预期的35.1万亿韩元。该行指出，SK海力士DRAM均价预计环比上涨63%，NAND均价环比上涨70%，核心驱动力来自AI推理场景下KV缓存存储需求的爆发式增长。
