知情人士称，黑石集团正在考虑推动一家收购公司进行规模20亿美元的首次公开募股（IPO），该公司将收购数据中心。

　　因相关事宜非公开而不愿具名的知情人士称，这家另类投资巨头的此次发行由高盛集团牵头，最早可能于本月启动正式路演。其中一位知情人士表示，花旗集团和摩根士丹利也在牵头行之列。

　　知情人士表示，黑石已就这种新型投资工具向投资者进行初步沟通，该工具将使股东有机会押注人工智能热潮，公司今年早些时候已向美国监管机构保密提交相关文件。

　　此前据报道，黑石曾接洽主权财富基金及其他机构投资者以获取首批资金，目标是向更广泛的投资者群体最终筹集数百亿美元。

　　知情人士提醒，目前尚未作出最终决定，交易的时间安排和结构仍可能会调整。

　　黑石、高盛、花旗和摩根士丹利的发言人均拒绝置评。
