金吾财讯 | 中信建投指，4月1日起，全国多地快递加盟商网点接到通知，因油价大幅上涨导致企业运输成本增加，为保障企业健康稳定发展，结合企业刚性成本价格，拟决定增设燃油附加费，具体如下：3KG以上涨价0.02元/公斤；0-3kg上涨0.05元/票。该机构认为实打实涨价，对市场担忧的燃油成本形成的业绩压力，是重大缓解。端到端燃油价格上涨的影响在单票4-5分，该方案可以完美覆盖。一方面印证了政府管控油价上涨对实体经济冲击的决心（承担部分），一方面也说明快递行业有能力转嫁燃油成本上涨的压力。（1）根据单票运输成本数据，中通/韵达/圆通/申通各家全链条均为0.6-0.7元，按照运输成本中约25%为燃油成本计算，四家单票燃油成本约为0.15-0.18元。（2）以截止3月20日的全国VI柴油价格情况，以及环比2月底上涨27%，因此理论上对快递公司单票燃油成本影响为差不多为4-5分。但由于公司与燃油供应商均有对冲机制，因此影响会低于单票4-5分的测算值。该机构风险提示：电商快递需求增长低于预期；快递行业价格战愈演愈烈；劳务用工成本提升超出预期。
