　　4月11日-12日，智能电动汽车发展高层论坛（2026）在北京召开。南京领行科技股份有限公司（T3出行）副总裁季栋辉出席并演讲。

　　谈及Robotaxi运营风险，季栋辉强调技术之外，产品与运营也是决胜关键。他例举了夹服拖行、“关”单配送、集体趴窝、撞滑倒路人等多个案例。

　　他指出，Robotaxi会对运营公司带来很多挑战，需要将自身打造成“六边形战士”。第一，不仅要像之前一样懂得撮合，还要懂自动驾驶技术。第二，要懂车辆，能够判断车辆是否适合自动驾驶运营。第三，要懂安全，知道如何处理功能安全和信息安全。第四，要懂政策，特别是自动驾驶领域的大量政策。第五，要懂运营，要优化车辆调度、建设维保体系、提高车队运营效率。第六，要懂用户，要让用户有安全感，体验更好。

　　值得注意的是，季栋辉所提的“夹服拖行”，疑似是此前有网友指称在使用萝卜快跑服务时，遭遇车门夹住衣物并被拖行约一个路口。但据媒体报道，另有知情人士表示，怀疑用户将衣服故意塞到车门中。

　　对于上述事件，萝卜快跑方面未予置评。

　　季栋辉在演讲时也强调，“（案例）不用对号入座”。
