路透4月9日 - StubHub控股公司STUB.N周四同意支付1,000万美元和解美国联邦贸易委员会对该平台未向消费者披露现场活动门票总价的指控。

联邦贸易委员会在提交给美国纽约南区地方法院的一份投诉和拟议和解协议中称，该公司在其网站上宣传门票价格时 "没有明确、显著地披露消费者实际需要支付的费用，包括所有强制性费用"。
