消息面上，4月9日晚，兆威机电发公告称，公司董事会已审议通过相关议案，计划参与竞买深圳市宝安区国有土地使用权，并投资约8亿元建设灵巧手及微型驱动系统产业园项目，进一步加码机器人板块布局、优化产能分布、提升公司在微型驱动与灵巧手领域的行业地位与市场占有率。
根据公告，本次拟竞买的A317-0592宗地位于深圳市宝安区新桥街道，土地面积约1.88 万平方米，挂牌起始价4091万元。公司取得该土地使用权后，将投资建设宝安灵巧手及微型驱动系统产业园项目，项目拟投资总额约为8亿元，资金来源于公司自有资金或自筹资金。项目建设周期较长，短期内对公司财务及经营状况无重大影响，不损害股东利益。
