　　4月9日，有赞公布，联交所已于2026年4月8日授出转板上市的原则批准。股份于GEM买卖的最后一日为2026年4月16日。预期股份将于2026年4月17日上午九时正起于主板买卖，主板股份代号为6051。公司认为，凭借主板较大的总市值、较高的交投量及相对较高的国际知名度，转板上市将加强其企业形象及公众认可度，并令集团有更具竞争力的融资条款，并提升优化整体资本结构的能力，并将提供更广阔的国际投资者基础。

　　有赞此前公布的2025年年度业绩显示，该公司全年实现收入约为人民币14.9亿元，同比增长约3%。年度盈利约为人民币1.6亿元，实现扭亏为盈，净利润率升至约11%。公司2026年经营目标为：在保持利润率的前提下，实现收入加速增长；加速AI应用落地，实现AI能力商业化。
